Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique return authorization code.
Secure Packaging
Place the watch back in its original presentation box and secure it in a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Send the package to our London workshop using a tracked postal service; please ensure you keep your proof of postage until the return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once our technicians have inspected the watch to confirm its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
