How long does shipping take for my watch?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. UK orders usually arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, while international shipping typically takes 5-10 working days depending on the destination.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are water-resistant to 5ATM (50 meters). This means they are fine for everyday use and can withstand splashes or rain, but they should not be worn while swimming, showering, or diving.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange, provided the watch is returned in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Do Mr Jones Watches come with a warranty?
Yes, every watch we sell comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing or mechanical defects.
Can I change the strap on my watch?
Absolutely. Most of our watches use standard spring bars, making it easy to swap straps. We offer a variety of leather, vegan, and stainless steel mesh bands on our website.
Where are your watches made?
Our watches are designed and printed in our London studio. We use high-quality movements from Japan and Switzerland, and each piece is hand-assembled by our small team of technicians.
