Fantastic Exploits

Fantastic Exploits

Professional maker of marksĀ Vic Lee created the detailed artwork of Fantastic Exploits.Ā

The watch design is a mix of Victorian lettering, old school tattoos and the world of the circus.

In the centre of the design is a kaleidoscope that changes shape before your eyes.

The Fantastic Exploits watch is powered by a Swiss-made automatic mechanical movement, this is visible through the glass exhibition case back and in its own way as mesmerising as the kaleidoscope.

Vic also designed the hands on the watch to be detailed and decorative in-keeping with his overall illustration.

How to read the time

Hours are marked by the first letter of the number (so 6 = S, for six). The letters have unique personalities: every hour is, after all, distinct in its own way.

The minute markers are equally uniqueĀ - some are playful and eye-catching, while others are quiet and restrained.

Vic drew on his love of typography in all it’s diverse forms to create this magnificent montage of letters and numbers.

Each watch was printed and built by hand in our London workshop.
